Payment &


All orders are calculated in Australian dollars and can be paid for via electronic funds transfer (preferred) or PayPal. An invoice will be emailed to you once your order is confirmed. Payment must be received before we can begin making your order.


  • Parcels can be sent to anywhere within Australia and Internationally.
  • Registered mail (i.e. signature upon receipt) cannot be sent to a PO Box.
  • We use Australia Post and other reputable couriers.
  • Postage and handling charges vary and start at $6 for children's shoes within Australia.
  • For added security, we recommend you choose registered post option particularly if you do not have a safe area at the delivery address for couriers to leave the parcel.
  • Prices are calculated once your order is confirmed.
  • Additional delivery charges may apply if fittings are required.
  • If you prefer, you may collect your items at our shop in Mosman.

Delivery acceptance

All registered delivery orders require a signature upon delivery. If there is no authorised person at the delivery address to sign for the parcel, a card will be left with instructions indicating if you need to call to arrange another delivery time or if you need to collect your order from the delivery agent.

Returns and Refunds

As the shoes are made exclusively for you, we generally cannot accept returns, except for manufacturing defects. We stand by the quality of our shoes so do not hesitate to contact us if you have any issues or require repairs within the first 6 months.

Any returns must be authorised by us and delivery costs are not reimbursed.

To avoid disappointment and if you have something specific in mind, we recommend you request swatch samples of the leather before placing order.
